Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation in Garland, TX is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team for the 7PM-7AM shift. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Ideal candidates hold a current Texas RN or LVN license with BLS/CPR certification, 1-2 years in SNF/LTC, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with a nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LVN license in Texas.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate and work effectively as part of a nursing team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Job Summary:
Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation, a leading healthcare provider in Garland, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality resident care, supervising CNAs, and coordinating daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
• BLS/CPR Certification
• 1-2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team
