Job summary

VITAL RECORDS CONTROL COMPANIES is seeking a Driver II (DOT) to operate company vehicles, including CMVs, for customer service routes, pickups, and deliveries. The role emphasizes strict chain-of-custody, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, maintaining a valid DOT Medical Certificate, adhering to Hours-of-Service, and utilizing handheld scanners. CDL not required for all roles, but PIT certification is needed when applicable.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record and adherence to DOT/FMCSR requirements.
• Attention to detail in route execution and documentation.
• Ability to work with customers and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles including DOT-regulated CMVs for service routes.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and related equipment.
• Drive vans/box trucks to customer locations and satisfy service requests.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate and comply with Hours-of-Service.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to manage materials.
• Protect customer data and uphold confidentiality and chain-of-custody.
