Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Driver II (DOT) to operate company vans and box trucks on scheduled service routes, performing pickups and deliveries while maintaining strict chain-of-custody for customer materials.

This non-exempt position requires a valid driver''s license, DOT medical certificate, and PIT certification, with inspections, FMCSR compliance, and professional customer service supporting our operations and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and acceptable driving record.
• DOT medical certificate and compliance with DOT/FMCSR requirements.
• Experience driving or delivering in a logistics/records environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vans/box trucks on service routes including pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Maintain chain-of-custody for customer materials and protect data confidentiality.
• Interact with customers professionally and support loading, unloading, and staging as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures, reporting incidents promptly.
