Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy highway and infrastructure projects. The role includes full lifecycle oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, and rigorous reporting to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will coordinate owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, manage budgets and change orders, and mentor junior staff for successful project completion across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for large-scale projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, coordinating logistics across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with agency specifications and reporting requirements.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; lead project meetings.
