Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale Heavy Highway and Infrastructure projects in the Northeast. You will manage the full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with owners, agencies, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and change orders, develop CPM schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications. The role also includes mentoring junior staff and leading project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for large-scale heavy highway and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, coordinating logistics across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with agency specifications and reporting requirements.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; lead project meetings.
