We are seeking an addition to our team who possess strong technology skills, strong communication skills, is detail-oriented and enjoys a fast paced environment. The Safety & Compliance Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assessing driver qualifications, auditing monthly maintenance files, auditing driver logs and ensuring the company stays current with all

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technology skills.
• Strong skills using Google suite of products (Gmail, Sheets, etc.).
• Able to work well in a team and independently with urgency.
• Self-starter who seeks opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with FMCSA regulations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with remote locations to ensure new driver files are complete and compliant.
• Assist in obtaining daily, weekly and monthly driver logs and maintenance records.
• Daily phone and email communication with locations nationwide.
• Data entry.
• Other team projects and duties as assigned.
