Job summary

My IRP Services / Medic in Sacramento, California is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on vehicle registration services and DOT compliance assistance for commercial drivers and trucking companies.

You will assist with IRP and IFTA paperwork, USDOT updates, driver qualification files, and maintaining accurate records while delivering professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized customer records and follow up.
• Provide courteous service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Enter customer information into computer systems; collect payments.
• Explain services and processing procedures clearly.
