Qualifications

• Experience with motor carrier industry and titling/registration procedures.
• Strong customer service skills to support high-volume inquiries.
• Ability to interpret policies and follow established procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process vehicle titles for motor carrier units and ensure taxes are charged correctly.
• Receive, audit, and process applications for licenses and registrations.
• Issue license plates, credentials, and decals per program guidelines.
• Process fee billings, refunds, and payment documents accurately.
• Interact daily with carriers and licensing agents to educate and resolve issues.
• Review business records to ensure compliance with IRP/IFTA programs.
• Conduct educational seminars for Motor Carriers and related businesses.
