The position involves reviewing logs, audits, MVRs for DOT compliance, and coordinating with drivers, claims, and supervisors to ensure timely resolution and accurate risk records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and company requirements.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a PC and MS Office; familiarity with AS-400 and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety/risk department policies are documented, enforced, and resolved.
• Provide customer service to drivers regarding hours of service compliance, in person and by phone.
• Review MVRs for DOT compliance and research driver requests to log corrections.
