Zusammenfassung

Ozinga Bros, Inc. is seeking a DOT Supervisor & Internal Collector to oversee FMCSA hours-of-service programs, maintain DOT records, and conduct internal audits across our Illinois locations.

You will travel approximately 30% to Ozinga sites for specimen collection and breath alcohol testing, review driver applications, and implement compliant processes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Corporate DOT Compliance Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years administering or managing DOT programs.
• 2+ years working with FMCSA hours-of-service requirements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% within Illinois.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for testing and acquisition-related events.
• Strong attention to detail when handling records and confidential information.
• Associate or bachelor0es degree preferred; DOT credentials preferred (not required).

Aufgaben

• Monitor and audit FMCSA hours-of-service records daily, communicate findings, and train managers and drivers.
• Review driver applications and prepare required DOT preboarding documentation.
• Create and maintain DOT files and driver records, including MVRs, annual reviews, and employment verifications.
• Monitor CSA scores and safety events, update DOT reporting systems, and address compliance gaps.
• Travel to Ozinga locations to conduct DOT specimen collections and breath alcohol testing.
• Provide DOT guidance and participate in testing events and program initiatives.
