Job summary

ADM is seeking a DOT Compliance Manager based in Decatur, IL to oversee all DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance for our fleet, drivers, and third-party carriers. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory integrity, and operational excellence across transportation operations.

You will develop and update SOPs, manage filings, monitor HOS and drug/alcohol programs, and collaborate with maintenance, legal, and carrier partners to ensure accurate records and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing DOT and FMCSA compliance.
• Experience in fleet or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory oversight of DOT/FMCSA compliance across operations.
• Maintain and update SOPs in line with federal/state requirements.
• Manage timely submission of regulatory filings and documentation.
