Job summary

Omega Morgan in Dallas, TX is hiring a DOT Coordinator to manage electronic logging device (ELD) operations and DOT compliance. You will serve as the primary Samsara administrator, ensure accurate records, monitor HOS violations, and support onboarding for non-CDL drivers.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Samsara/ELD platforms, familiarity with DOT regulations, and strong data management skills, with the ability to handle recurring compliance tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Samsara and/or other ELD platforms.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), or transportation compliance.
• Experience supporting onboarding or compliance processes in a regulated environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with compliance systems, data management, or regulated recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring compliance tasks.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Samsara platform across the organization.
• Review and resolve unassigned driving time.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) violations and identify trends.
• Assign and track driver coaching related to HOS, safety events, and policy violations.
• Monitor camera events and safety-related alerts as required.
• Maintain driver profiles, vehicle assignments, and organizational structure within Samsara.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ELD records.
