Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an ELD Specialist to support drivers, dispatchers, and fleet management with expertise in Electronic Logging Devices and FMCSA compliance. You will ensure safe, compliant transportation operations across our organization.

In this role you will provide first-line troubleshooting, user training on Hours of Service, monitor data for compliance, and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with ELD systems in trucking/logistics.
• Solid understanding of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service rules.
• Strong troubleshooting skills guiding end users through ELD problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-focused support approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Train drivers, dispatchers, and team members on proper ELD usage, Hours of Service, and best practices for electronic log maintenance.
• Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and generate reports for safety audits and FMCSA mandates.
• Communicate with drivers and fleet managers to resolve ELD-related questions promptly and professionally.
• Document and lift recurring issues to ELD vendors or internal IT for resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state ELD regulations to ensure compliance.
