Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a DOT Coordinator to support the DOT Manager with day-to-day compliance across GPS administration, driver qualifications, hours of service, DOT drug & alcohol testing, inspections, vehicle registrations and permits.

The role includes serving as local DER, maintaining qualification files, implementing DOT programs, and delivering safety training to field employees. Up to 50% travel required; based in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree; two years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DOT compliance including GPS, driver qualifications, hours of service.
• Serve as local DER for DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Maintain driver qualification files per FMCSR and DOT regulations.
• Plan and deliver required safety training for DOT drivers.
• Implement DOT programs such as ELDs / hours of service.
• Provide safety training to field employees in a hands-on manner.
• Track and audit driver/vehicle inspections and reports.
• Assist with risk management on incidents and violations.
• Travel up to 50% and conduct quarterly site visits.
