You will work alongside an experienced compliance team, learning on the job and building real expertise in DOT and FMCSA requirements. A good part of the work is on the phone and in your inbox, reaching out to drivers, dispatchers, and other contacts to gather documents, pull reports, and keep open items moving.What You Will OwnAudit and maintain Driver Qualification files to keep every driver legally compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulationsMonitor compliance status across the driver base and identify lapses before they become violationsReach out directly to drivers, dispatchers, and fleet contacts by phone and email to gather required documentation and resolve open itemsPull and review roadside inspection reports and MVR records, flagging anything that needs actionTrack and maintain training records and rosters for UPT and FRTL driversCommunicate with Independent Contractors on qualification and leasing requirementsSupport compliance audits and assist the Director of Compliance with reporting and special projectsCross-train with the Recruiting team to understand how driver onboarding connects to qualificationWho Thrives HereYou are precise and you follow through, and the people around you know they can count on you to show up and do what you said you would do.
