Page GTC is seeking a Compliance Clerk to support the Compliance Manager in maintaining DOT/FMCSA regulatory programs. You will manage driver qualification and equipment files, assist with audits, drug/alcohol program administration, and annual reviews. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with TMW and MS Office are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Certified compliance professional preferred.
• 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry regulations and reporting procedures.
• Analytical mind able to understand complex procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain driver qualification files and equipment records for DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Assist with audits, MVR, clearinghouse reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol program administration and testing records.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Travel to DMV or agencies as needed.
