Qualifications

• Current DOT Certification or ability to recertify.
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized and punctual.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask in an active industrial plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with Customer Service and clients.
• Weigh trucks and ISO containers in and out of the facility.
• Prepare, print, and audit traffic paperwork daily for GMP compliance; issue COAs.
• Apply DOT shipping regulations and placard requirements to every load.
• Maintain records for demurrage, logistics charges, and scheduling fees; log rejected loads.
• Monitor inventory levels and order placards and hazard stickers.
• Assist with training loaders on site and perform administrative tasks as needed.
