Responsibilities

Utilize IFS system to determine daily stock inventory items to pick and ship.
Prepare pick lists and delivery notes for daily shipments and coordinate error corrections.
Audit picking documents to match orders and shipping quantities.
Assemble packaging materials and packages per instructions for shipment.
Enter domestic and international shipment data into IFS and carrier systems; prepare export docs as required.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and ensure paperwork is present for drivers.
Monitor and maintain shipping documents for accuracy per SOPs.
Gather and maintain data/records related to shipping activities; generate management reports.
