Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with youth.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Current, valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential advisors on assigned shift or dormitory.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, discipline, and proper records/reports.
• Provide medication assistance following guidelines and SOPs.
• Coach and assist students in cleaning, hygiene, social, and independent living skills.
• Coordinate residential activities and special dorm events.
• Maintain relations with students and families; communicate as required.
