Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts degree preferred.
• One year of experience in dormitory management or work with at-risk youth.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain CPA/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises resident advisors and ensures they meet student needs.
• Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to Residential Living Manager.
• Maintains order, discipline, and promotes self-discipline and respect.
• Ensures safe, clean, and healthy dorm living conditions; supervises clean-up and repairs.
• Oversees social skills, leadership sessions, and reviews achievement records.
• Assists students with problems and conducts dormitory meetings.
• Participates in evaluation of Residential Advisors every six months.
• Oversees cafeteria, laundry, and other program areas as assigned.
• Attends required staff trainings and responds to emergencies.
• Supports center programs including recreation, counseling, and student government.
