Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a Dormitory Operations Manager to oversee daily residential life and staff at our Job Corps center in New York. You will supervise dorm personnel, maintain safety and quality of living conditions, and support student retention and success.

You will conduct staff training, manage incident reports, coordinate coverage, and build community partnerships to advance career pathways for students enrolled in the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, structured living environment for students.
• Oversee daily dormitory management and supervise residential staff.
• Ensure incident and shift reports are accurate and complete.
