Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of residential advisors on assigned shift.
• Supervise dormitory activities to ensure safety and proper student behavior.
• Assist in training and evaluation of residential living staff.
• Maintain student records and update center information systems.
• Provide positive customer service to students, staff and center customers.
• Overtime may be required; regular attendance is expected.
• Support zero tolerance policy and promote Career Success Standards.
