Job summary

South Central Services Insulation is seeking a motivated Door & Window Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial window and door business. You will educate customers on products, estimate projects, and manage relationships from initial contact through project completion.

The ideal candidate has a construction background, superb communication and organizational skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in crawl spaces and existing homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully pass a post-offer drug test.
• Must successfully pass a post-offer background check.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, basements, and other areas within new construction and existing homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong B2B and B2C customer relationships.
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations, including accurately measuring existing and new installations.
