Job summary

Astound is seeking outbound residential sales professionals to represent our direct sales initiatives in the field. You will obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers, pursuing leads and building strong customer relationships.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions. Total on-target earnings can exceed six figures with performance, and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required in some markets.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face outreach in assigned territories.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build momentum for the New Year.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations to articulate solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
