Uncapped commissions + hourly base

Set hourly rate $20

Most team members average $25- $30 an hour

Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

We fuel your success with a 90-day training program-and once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.

Interview Process

• 1st Round Phone Interview with Recruiter
• 2nd Round In Person Interview with Hiring Team
• Schedule 40 hours weekly* Mon-Fri: 11AM - 7:30 PM
