Renewal by Andersen of Western WA in Renton is looking for a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads while representing a nationally recognized brand in local neighborhoods. The role offers an hourly base of $24 with uncapped commissions; most team members earn $29–$34 per hour, top performers $39–44, and some exceed $100k per year.
