Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, canvass neighborhoods and generate high-quality leads for our national-brand windows and doors. You will communicate with customers, work outdoors, and help drive conversions in a fast-paced market.

The role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential, with typical performers earning well above base pay as you develop and advance within the team.
