Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to meet homeowners, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You will represent a powerhouse brand and help customers envision how premium windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Expect an hourly base with uncapped bonuses. Schedule 32.5–36 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. Top performers earn $100k+ annually, with average hourly earnings around $25–$30.
