Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and generate high-quality leads for our premium windows and doors. You will be the face of a nationally recognized brand, drive customer conversations, and help homeowners visualize improved comfort and aesthetics.

The role offers an hourly base of $22 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Coachable attitude with clear communication and willingness to grow.
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners and canvass local neighborhoods to generate high-quality leads.
• Present Renewal by Andersen’s window/door solutions and articulate value to customers.
• Drive scheduling and follow-up to move leads through the funnel and toward appointments.
