Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is seeking Direct Marketing Associates to canvass neighbourhoods, engage homeowners, and generate high‑quality leads for our Non‑Traditional Marketing team. You will represent a nationally recognized brand, travel within your territory, and work outdoors to build meaningful conversations that elevate homes with Renewal by Andersen windows and doors.

Internally this position is known as Direct Marketing and is part of our Non‑Traditional Marketing team, a group focused on innovative, face‑to‑face ways of connecting with homeowners. In this dynamic role you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand‑engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations and generating high‑quality leads by canvassing local neighbourhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry‑leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

• Set hourly rate $20
• Most team members average $25- $30 an hour
• Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour
• Top performers exceed $100 000 a year!

Schedule

32.5 - 36 hours weekly* Mon‑Fri: 11AM - 6:00 PM
