Job summary

Metrie EL & EL in Chino, California, seeks an Inside Sales Representative, Doors, to provide customer service and process orders. You will be the first point of contact for customers and maintain relationships while staying current on products, pricing, and market conditions.

Location is onsite five days a week. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager, Doors, and collaborate with production to move orders to fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and phone-based roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with doors/building industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and enter orders.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide price quotes and coordinate with onsite production to move orders to production.
• Maintain and update detailed records and customer data.
• Represent Metrie EL & EL’s interests with customers, community, team, and suppliers.
