ERCO Ceilings & Interiors in Glassboro, NJ is seeking a Sales Representative/Door and Hardware Sales Specialist for our showroom. You will be the main contact for customers, provide product recommendations, quotes, and support to close deals.

This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes responding to inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and meeting monthly targets while staying current on door products and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience in door sales and/or door fabrication.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Stay updated on the latest door products, trends, and industry standards.
• Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress reports.
• Work closely with the outside sales team, operations, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.
