Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM is seeking dedicated passenger service professionals to monitor travelers in busy areas and guide them to lines, checkpoints, or boarding areas. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to passengers and help manage operational issues and disruptions.

In this role you will monitor safety and security compliance, assist during irregular operations and peak travel periods, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments while delivering excellent customer service.

• Monitor passengers in other high-traffic areas
• Direct passengers to appropriate lines, checkpoints, counters, or boarding areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers
• Identify and escalate operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership
• Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations
• Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments
