Job summary

G2 Secure Staff is seeking a security monitor to assist passengers at the airport in Honolulu. You will monitor passenger flow, direct to lines and boarding areas, and provide friendly, professional customer service while upholding safety and airport regulations.

In this role you will identify and escalate operational issues and support during irregular operations, delays, and peak travel periods. Prior customer service experience is helpful; security experience preferred.

• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers
• Identify and elevate operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership
• Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations
• Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Perform other duties as requested
