Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Door Greeter to warmly welcome guests, assist with car arrival and valet, and share local area knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

The role emphasizes professional, cordial service, quick rapport with guests, and proactive assistance to guests and residents throughout their stay.

• Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence best practices.
• Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service request.
• Greets owners and guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them. Assists them exiting from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests. Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot.
• Provides directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed.
• Resolves owner complaints, assists in all inquiries in connection with services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, etc.

The Role
