Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Door Attendant to join our front office team. In this highly visible role, you will greet guests, open doors and provide attentive assistance to ensure a warm, seamless arrival and departure experience.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience, a Louisiana driver's license, and US work authorization.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Door Attendant to join our dynamic Front Office team. In this highly visible role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting arriving and departing guests, opening doors, and providing attentive assistance throughout their hotel experience.
• Support seamless arrivals and departures by coordinating luggage handling, valet services, transportation assistance, and guest wayfinding.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by sharing local recommendations, responding to guest requests, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and personalized service.

What You Bring

• One to two years' experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service
• Louisiana Driver's License required
• Work authorization in the United States

What To Expect

• A highly active, guest-facing environment where you'll spend most of your shift outdoors, remaining on your feet while welcoming guests, coordinating arrivals and departures, and supporting a seamless front-drive experience.
• A Flexible Work Schedule that will include 40 hours weekly, 3-11:30 p.m. daily. Candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and special events.
