Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. Server Assistants support the Food Server by delivering meals from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering orders accurately, clearing and setting tables, stocking service areas, and assisting with buffets and stations, while adhering to Four Seasons standards and maintaining a hospitable,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• General knowledge of food and drink menu.
• RSV permit and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. Server Assistants serve guests' needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from the kitchen and completing guest requests.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What You Bring

What To Expect

• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. This position is a full-time role. AM Shift- 6 a.m.-1 p.m.; PM Shift- 3 p.m.- Close
• Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing and constant movement in the dining area and kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members in the department to provide a memorable guest experience.
