Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking an Assembler II to join a production team manufacturing glass doors, frames, and subcomponents. You will follow SOPs, work orders, and safety standards to build high-quality assemblies.

You will use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools, perform inspections, and help keep a clean, organized production area while meeting daily targets. Physical work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions/decimals.

Responsabilités

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies and units per work instructions.
• Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 6S.
• Report defects and follow SOPs and supervisor directions.
• Assist with setup and cross-training as needed.
