Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking an Assembler II to work on production of glass doors, frames and subcomponents, following work orders and SOPs to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

You will operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools; perform inspections with gauges and calipers; and participate in 6-S housekeeping, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of production assembly work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions/decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies and completed units per instructions.
• Operate hand, electric and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work area following 6S.
• Report defective materials to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidance from leads.
• Cross-train teammates as needed.
