Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assembler II to join a production team for manufacturing and assembling glass doors, frames, and subcomponents. You will use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools to build sub-assemblies and finished units following SOPs.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining a clean workspace per 6-S, and assisting with setup and training. Candidates should have 1–2 years of production assembly experience and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of production assembly experience is preferred.
• Able to read and understand work orders and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies and units following work instructions.
• Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area per 6-S program.
• Inspect parts and report defects; follow supervisor guidance.
