Qualifications

• Experience supervising 15+ staff and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Must hire, train, schedule, coach, and discipline staff; communicate job expectations; plan and review performance.
• Accurately tabulates payroll for back-of-house staff and delivers it as directed.
• Estimate food costs and profits; manage staff to hit cost/profit goals.
• Control costs by portion control, waste reduction, and maintaining quality.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain ambiance and presentation; monitor lighting, music, dishes, and service quality.
• Continuously update job knowledge and explore value-adding opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Area Manager.
