Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business operations.
• Ability to supervise and train newly hired staff effectively.
• Strong math and budgeting aptitude for cost control and payroll.
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus and valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donut shop operations and ensure quality baked goods meet deadlines.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Accurately tabulate payroll for back-of-house staff and assist in payroll processes.
• Estimate food costs and manage staff to achieve cost and profit goals.
• Control portion sizes, waste, and ensure high standards of preparation.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and overall shop ambiance and presentation.
