Pinkbox Doughnuts is hiring a Doughnut Dealer in American Fork, UT. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, helping pick flavors, ringing up sales and keeping the shop looking vibrant and inviting.

The role requires handling cash, learning our flavors, and supporting daily operations in a high-energy, team-focused environment. Shifts are 6–8 hours, with weekends and holidays typical.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating.
• Must have a Food Handler's Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Greet every guest with good vibes + big energy as soon as they walk in
• Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (aka suggestive selling)
• Know our doughnuts inside and out — flavors, ingredients, and what's hot today
• Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently
• Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures
• Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift
• Support daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by management
• Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow
