Job summary

Catholic Social Services seeks a Donor Relations Coordinator to secure support by building relationships with donors, managing mid-level portfolios, and coordinating gift processing and stewardship across CSS programs.

You will work with the Development and Data Teams to ensure accurate donor records, timely acknowledgements, and robust fundraising analytics, helping strengthen donor retention and growth in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, communications, business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Two years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit development, or related field; four years may be substituted for degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors.
• Conduct donor outreach via phone, meetings, emails, handwritten notes, and stewardship activities.
• Identify donor interests and connect donors with opportunities to support CSS.
• Develop stewardship plans to increase donor engagement and retention.
• Coordinate donor recognition and acknowledgement activities.
• Assist with donor visits, tours, and cultivation events.
• Track donor interactions and engagement in the donor database.
