Job summary

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services seeks a Development Coordinator to advance fundraising and engagement across campaigns, donor stewardship, and community outreach with churches, schools, and partner organizations. You will track pledges, maintain donor records in Salesforce, and help plan donor recognition events while collaborating across teams to deliver impactful fundraising strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience working with donor databases and managing fundraising data.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to analyze data and translate information into meaningful insights for strategy development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet DCFS/CANTS Clearance Requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Track campaign pledges, donor engagement activity, and progress toward fundraising goals.
• Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce and other donor databases.
• Monitor giving trends, campaign metrics, and engagement indicators to identify opportunities.
• Prepare donor profiles, research summaries, and briefing materials for meetings and major gift conversations.
• Identify potential major gift prospects based on giving history and engagement.
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities, follow-ups, and acknowledgements, including pledge reminders.
