Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County is seeking an Events & Stewardship Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports donor stewardship, sponsor recognition, and the planning and execution of fundraising events.

The coordinator helps manage guest lists, donor communications, and Club tours, while maintaining donor data in our CRM. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Entry-level candidates with internships or volunteer experience in events/non-profit fundraising encouraged to apply.
• Experience with CRM, donor management or fundraising software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship activities and sponsor recognition before, during and after events.
• Coordinate donor engagement opportunities and club tours for sponsors and donors.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and related activities.
• Maintain guest lists, RSVPs and seating information for events.
• Provide on-site support at events including setup and guest assistance.
• Maintain accurate donor and relationship information in the CRM.
