Qualifications

• Strong organizational and relationship-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities and capital projects.
• Build and manage a portfolio of donors, foundations, and partners.
• Coordinate donor meetings, site visits, proposals, and stewardship activities.
• Lead and develop a team of fundraising professionals; collaborate with communications staff.
