Job summary

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Miami Shores, FL is seeking a full-time Program/Stewardship Coordinator to plan and execute events, manage volunteers, and strengthen alumni relationships in support of the church and school community.

You will handle communications, coordinate with the School Parent Association, and oversee donor stewardship, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records; a bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business or relevant field; master’s preferred.
• Experience in alumni relations, event planning, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, clear speaking voice.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and programs, manage vendors and logistics.
• Coordinate with volunteers and the School Parent Association.
• Develop and maintain alumni records and engagement history.
• Support fundraising activities and communications across channels.
