Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of related experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of related professional experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree, with strong writing skills and the ability to produce warm, accurate, donor-appropriate acknowledgement and stewardship copy.
• Experience using a CRM daily to record and report activity; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
• Strong organization and reliability in managing recurring, deadline-driven work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively toward gift officers and stewardship colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Gift Acknowledgment 25% Write and personalize gift acknowledgments across giving levels, preparing letters for signatories and ensuring receipt and tax language is IRS-compliant; log in CRM.
• Stewardship Touchpoints 25% Produce monthly stewardship touchpoints for gift officers and log completed touches in CRM; coordinate handoffs.
• Metrics & Dashboards 25% Maintain donor engagement metrics and dashboards; flag data gaps for correction.
• Report Support 25% Assist in outlining and assembling stewardship and impact reports with data and coordination.
