Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of related professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gift Acknowledgment: write and personalize gift acknowledgments across giving levels; log status in CRM.
• Stewardship Touchpoints: produce monthly touchpoints for gift officers; coordinate handoff and log completions.
• Metrics & Dashboards: keep team metrics current; use CRM to track turnaround and progress toward goals.
• Report Support: assist in outlining and assembling stewardship and impact reports.
